Indian cricketer Yashasvi Jaiswal has made a significant real estate investment. He has acquired an apartment in the Bandra East area of Mumbai, shelling out ₹5.38 crore for the property, according to documents obtained from Zapkey by Moneycontrol.

What Happened: As per a Moneycontrol report, the transaction for the 1,110 square feet flat in the Ten BKC project was officially registered on January 7, 2024.

Launched in 2016, the Ten BKC project faced a series of obstacles when its original promoter, Radius Estates, went into insolvency. The project was later taken over by Adani Realty and is slated for completion this year.

The purchase by Jaiswal, which works out to over ₹48,000 per square foot, is a reflection of his meteoric rise in the world of cricket. From humble beginnings, Jaiswal has gone on to represent India in international cricket and is a key player for the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League.
