American entrepreneur and financial influencer Grant Cardone has listed a massive, luxurious property for sale on Propy’s blockchain-based real estate platform.

The private property in Golden Beach, Florida, USA, has an asking price of $42,000,000.

This is a 7-bed, 8-bath property sitting across 13,000 square feet, with 100ft of private beachfront access and other luxury features.

The platform mints the deed online, and it accepts Bitcoin (BTC), converting it to USD as needed.

Minting Deeds On Base

Propy mints private addresses on the PropyKeys protocol. This is an on-chain tokenized address market on Coinbase's Layer 2 network, Base.

"PropyKeys brings real estate onchain through NFT home addresses and aims to bring one million home addresses onchain by 2025," the announcement said.

Furthermore, Propy uses a decentralized title registry and an escrow settlement protocol.

These have several functions, such as storing land records, facilitating transactions, eliminating fraudulent transactions, and simplifying the home-purchasing process.

Blockchain ensures that all private information remains secure throughout the transaction between the seller and the buyer.

Natalia Karayaneva, Founder and CEO of Propy, commented that "with Propy’s advanced blockchain rails, compliant crypto and dollar payments, and unwavering focus on privacy, our clients can confidently navigate the closing process."

"The inclusion of Cardone’s listing in BTC and USD on Propy, minted with our latest privacy deed feature, highlights our leadership in the intersection of real estate and crypto," she remarked.

‘The Future of Real Estate'

Grant Cardone is an American businessman, Real Estate Investor, and Equity Fund manager ($4BAUM), according to his website.

He is the founder of 10X Studios, Cardone Ventures, 10X Health System, co-founder/investor in sixteen businesses, and a New York Times best-selling author of business books.

Commenting on the Propy listing, Cardone remarked that "we are all in on blockchain revolutionizing real estate. We are leveraging top-tier technology to make transactions seamless and unstoppable. This is the future of real estate," he said.

Meanwhile, Cardone is no stranger to steering controversy with his views on various topics.

Among other things, in 2013, HuffPost reported seeing documents that showed Cardone had been "involved in a series of business disputes over the years and that people around him have been accused of fraud by federal authorities."

Furthermore, the report noted that investors and training programs' clients accused the financial influencer of fraud.

Also, Cardone has continued to support Donald Trump despite the fact that the latter was found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records.

Earlier this year, Cardone spoke against starting a business. He stated that it's the "dumbest, most selfish thing a person could do."

Instead, he suggested "a business that cash flows" in real estate and banking, for example.

"Real estate is a great business," he said.

In 2019, Cardone offered $1 million to the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamato, to show up and speak at that year's 10X conference.
