Shares of the movie rental retailer are plunging 22.8% to 18 cents early in the day, following an announcement last night that the New York Stock Exchange may begin delisting the stock. Economy to Slow, Waring Off Inflation The economy is set to slow in the second half of this year, keeping a lid on inflation, which will pick up in about 18 months, says Kirk Brown, who helps manage the American Beacon TIPS Fund (ATPIX).
