Week-To-Date ETF Leaders and Laggards: PMA, KRE, MOT, GS, WTNY, FCF, KRE, PMA, KBE, OIH

According to ETFChannel.com, the Active Mega Cap Fund ETF (PMA) is outperforming other ETFs this week, up about 4.6%. Components of that ETF showing particular strength this week include shares of Motorola (MOT), up about 11% so far, and shares of Goldman Sachs (GS), up about 6.4% on the week. And underperforming other ETFs this week is the SPDR KBW Regional Banking ETF (KRE), down about 8.4% this week. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing for the week were shares of Whitney Holding (WTNY), lower by about 20%, and shares of First Comwlth Financial (FCF), lower by about 18% on the week. Other ETF standouts this week include the Oil Services HOLDRS (OIH), outperforming this week with a 2.9% gain. And the SPDR KBW Bank ETF (KBE) is an underperformer, falling about 8.4% this week.
