We performed a screening of micro-cap ETFs - defined as having Assets Under Management (AUM) under $400 million - to determine what funds had the largest change in net assets on the week, according to data from etfdb.com. Only non-leveraged funds were considered. 

Winners

Global X Adaptive U.S. Factor ETF AUSF

AUSF added $159.87 million in net assets over the trailing week.

The Global X Adaptive U.S. Factor ETF invests in a broad swath of US companies of various sizes. The fund is actively managed and eschews the traditional market cap weighting system for dynamic indexing based on three factors: minimum volatility, value, and momentum.

AUSF has $337.2 million in AUM and an expense ratio of 0.27%. The fund has holdings in 194 companies, with the 10 largest comprising 21.22% of the fund.

The fund’s largest holdings are Eli Lilly and Company LLY and General Electric Company GE making up 2.89% and 2.71% of the fund, respectively.

AUSF has added $155.21 million in net assets YTD.

FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Deep Buffer ETF - July DJUL

DJUL added $77.43 million in net assets over the trailing week.

The FT Cboe Vest U.S. Equity Deep Buffer ETF - July Fund invests primarily in FLEX Options that reference the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust. The ETF is designed to provide a buffer against losses between 5% and 30% while capping the gain at 14.79%

DJUL has $264.3 million in AUM and an expense ratio of .85%. 

DJUL has added $101.17 million in net assets YTD.

Innovator U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - August BAUG

BAUG lost $100.78 million in net assets over the trailing week.

The Innovator U.S. Equity Buffer ETF - August fund seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P 500, capping gains at 20.34 while protecting losses up to 9%. 

BAUG has $131.2 million in AUM and an expense ratio of 0.79%. 

BAUG has added $12.47 million in net assets YTD.

iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Small-Cap ETF EEMS

EEMS lost 96.39 million in net assets over the trailing week.

The iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Small-Cap ETF offers exposure to small cap companies in emerging markets. It is extremely diversified including companies across the globe.

EEMS has $322.3 million in AUM and an expense ratio of 0.7%. The fund has holdings in 1491 companies, with the 10 largest comprising 4.76% of the fund.

The fund’s largest holdings are Ecopro Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ: 086520) and Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. (TPE: 2376) making up 1.5% and .55% of the fund, respectively.

EEMS is down $99.22 million in AUM YTD.
