US GOLD CORPORATION UXG announced today that the Company has approved Phase 1 development of its El Gallo project in Sinaloa, Mexico, with mining expected to commence mid-2012. Phase 1 will focus on the permitted satellite gold deposits at the project and is expected to produce 30,000 ounces of gold per year after initial ramp up.
