ContraVir Says SEC Filing Made In Error, Stock Moves Down

ContraVir Pharmaceuticals, Inc. CTRV said Friday that its recent registration withdrawal was filed in error.

The ContraVir Pharma "RW" filing was made Thursday. The SEC RW filing is made by companies requesting to formally withdraw a pending securities registration.

ContraVir shares were down 10.98% at $9 at the time of publication Friday.
