The company, which translates genetic insights into the development of therapies for central nervous system disorders characterized by neuronal imbalance, is expected to list its shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol PRAX.
Carlsbad, California-based Spinal Elements Holdings Inc., a medical device company developing comprehensive portfolio of systems, products and technologies for spine surgery procedures, said it has filed to offer 7.7 million shares in an IPO at an estimated price range of $13-$15.
