Why Invest In Farmland? Farmland has been gaining attraction from both institutional and individual investors in recent years. This asset class has experienced positive returns every year since the NCREIF Farmland Index was first published in 1991, and the demand is increasing as the global population increases and farmland acreage shrinks.

How To Invest: Investments can be made directly through FarmTogether’s platform here. The platform has a webinar explaining the offering as well as documents laying out the investment details, financial projections and risks.
