The former Director of Communications of the White House is returning to the airwaves with a new podcast called “Open Book.” Here are the details and some guests who will appear.

What Happened: Months after appearing at Benzinga’s Future of Crypto event, Anthony Scaramucci is launching a new podcast called “Open Book” that will air weekly interviews. The podcast follows a highly public connection between Scaramucci and FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried.

Scaramucci is perhaps best known for his 11 days serving as the White House Director of Communications under Former President Donald Trump.

Trump will be the topic on some of the episodes of the podcast, according to Deadline, which could make it widely followed across the political sector.

The episodes will feature a guest to discuss their books, a feature story or an opinion piece. Scaramucci also hopes that listeners will learn more about himself, including his time at Harvard Law School, Goldman Sachs, SkyBridge Capital and the White House.

Another episode that will likely generate some interest is an interview with author Maggie Haberman, who wrote the book “Confidence Man” about Trump.

Scaramucci was highly critical of Bankman-Fried while speaking about FTX at Benzinga’s Future of Crypto, but highlighted wanting to move on.

“I’m so looking forward to 2023. This has been a s**tty year,” Scaramucci said of 2022.

With the new podcast, things could certainly be looking up for him.
