Here's When Martin Scorsese-Leonardo DiCaprio's Killers Of The Flower Moon Could Stream On Apple TV+

Apple TV+ is marking its first wide theatrical release today with Martin Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon. It stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert DeNiro, and Lily Gladstone. However, the three-and-a-half-hour crime epic is not streaming on Apple TV+ just yet.

What Happened: Apple Inc. AAPL is releasing Killers of the Flower Moon in theaters worldwide starting today (Oct. 20). However, the one question Apple users have is, when will Killers of the Flower Moon stream on Apple TV+?

Given that this is Apple's first wide theatrical release, Killers of the Flower Moon will remain a theater-exclusive for a few weeks at least.

Apple has poured nearly $250 million into the film. The star power justifies it, too, with legends like Martin Scorsese, Robert DeNiro, and Leonardo DiCaprio headlining the crime drama.

However, making a profit out of the theatrical release is not Apple's primary goal – being exclusive to theaters will help the company attract and retain directors like Scorsese, who prefer the classic Hollywood experience of theaters.

Apple TV+ will also garner eyeballs as a serious studio that A-line actors need to consider as more than just another streaming service.

When Will Killers Of The Flower Moon Stream On Apple TV+?

Big ticket releases like Killer of the Flower Moon remain exclusive to cinemas for 45 days on average. Some films like Oppenheimer and Avatar: The Way of Water were theater executives for even longer. In fact, although Oppenheimer is out of theaters now, it won't stream until Nov. 21.

So, when will Killers of the Flower Moon be available on Apple TV+? We expect it to be released after 45 days.

This means the Martin Scorsese epic could stream on Apple TV+ on Dec. 4. If the film manages to do well and has long legs, it could push the Apple TV+ streaming date even further.
