Microsoft Corp.'s MSFT Xbox Marketing Vice President Aaron Greenberg assured gamers that none of the first-party games presented during the upcoming Xbox Showcase will rely on "full CG trailers."
Greenberg took to Twitter to announce the news: "None of our first-party games in the show are full CG trailers."

Moreover, Greenberg confirmed the company would not adhere to the previous rule of showcasing only games set to release within 12 months, likely acknowledging its failure to deliver on that promise last time.
Gaming enthusiasts are no strangers to deceptive game trailers often featured in major showcases. These trailers can range from meticulously scripted footage that vaguely represents the final game to premature CGI teases for nonexistent titles.
The anticipated Xbox Games Showcase is set to be live-streamed on June 11 at 10 a.m. PT, 1 p.m. ET and 6 p.m. UK time. For eager fans in Australia, the showcase will be broadcast at 3 a.m. AEST on June 12. The showcase will be followed immediately by a Starfield Direct, providing gamers with even more exclusive content and updates.
