Nintendo ADR NTDOY announced a Direct presentation scheduled for June 18 at 10 a.m. ET, focusing on games set for release in the second half of 2024.

According to Nintendo’s announcement, the presentation will last about 40 minutes. This news aligns with Nintendo’s earlier statement about a June Direct covering Switch games for the latter part of the year.

However, Nintendo confirmed this event will not include any information about the anticipated Switch successor, which is now expected in 2025.

The announcement is significant as the current Switch lineup for the rest of the year appears sparse. Notable upcoming releases include Luigi's Mansion 2 HD on June 27 and Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition on July 18.

Earlier in 2024, Nintendo's offerings were primarily remakes, such as Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and the Another Code collection, along with a few new titles like Princess Peach: Showtime! and Endless Ocean Luminous.

This Direct presentation will conclude a busy period of gaming livestreams that began with Sony's recent State of Play, followed by Summer Game Fest Live and its associated events, and then the Xbox Games Showcase.
