TDCX Continues To Expand. This Time, It's Turkey.

Sophie Chelmick, SVP, EMEA of TDCX Inc. TDCX, was recently interviewed by Benzinga.

TDCX provides CX solutions to some of the largest companies in the world. The company recently expanded operations with a new campus in Turkey. The decision was made due to the rapidly growing demand from that market and others in the region.

The move comes after successful expansion into South Korea and India last year. The company says it uses a “time-tested approach” and in so doing, “have been able to navigate our entry into new markets successfully.”
