What To Know: HP posted adjusted earnings per share of 93 cents for the quarter, which matched the consensus estimate. Revenue came in at $14.05 billion, surpassing the $13.99 billion estimate. The company&#8217;s top-line results were up from $13.82 billion reported in the same period last year, according to <a href="https://pro.benzinga.com/dashboard">Benzinga Pro.</a>
HP noted that net cash provided by operating activities in the quarter was $1.6 billion. The company also generated $1.5 billion in free cash flow. HP ended the quarter with $7.7 billion in inventory.
In addition to the quarterly results, HP announced a 5% increase in its dividend, raising the quarterly payout from $0.2756 to $0.2894 per share. The increased dividend is payable on Jan. 2 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 11.
HP projected adjusted earnings of 70 cents to 76 cents per share for the first quarter of fiscal 2025, versus estimates of 85 cents per share. For the full fiscal year, the company forecasted earnings between $3.45 and $3.75 per share, compared to estimates of $3.60 per share.
CEO Enrique Lores highlighted revenue growth in the Personal Systems and Print divisions, expressing optimism about the company&#8217;s ability to &#8220;capitalize on the commercial opportunity and lead the future of work.&#8221; 
Analysts responded to the print by maintaining Neutral ratings and adjusting price targets:

Trump Taps Pandemic Lockdown Critic Jay Bhattacharya To Overhaul NIH

CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:<a class="ticker" href="https://www.benzinga.com/stock/CRWD#NASDAQ">CRWD</a>) shares are falling Wednesday following the release of the company&#8217;s <a href="https://www.benzinga.com/news/earnings/24/11/42202105/crowdstrike-beats-q3-earnings-revenue-estimates-cybersecurity-company-highlights-incredible-success-retaining-customers-following-it-outage">third-quarter financial results</a> and analyst changes. 
What To Know: CrowdStrike reported third-quarter revenue of $1.01 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $982.36 million and reflecting a 29% year-over-year increase. Adjusted earnings per share came in at 93 cents, beating the estimate of 81 cents. 
The company's annual recurring revenue grew 27% year-over-year to $4.02 billion, with $153 million added in net new ARR during the quarter.
Outlook: CrowdStrike issued guidance for the fourth quarter, projecting revenue between $1.029 billion and $1.035 billion, roughly in line with the consensus estimate of $1.03 billion. Adjusted earnings per share are expected to be between 84 cents and 86 cents, matching the 86 cents consensus estimate. 
Guidance was roughly in-line with consensus estimates. For fiscal year 2025, CrowdStrike sees revenue in the range of $3.923 billion to $3.931 billion, slightly above estimates of $3.897 billion and sees adjusted EPS guidance to $3.74 to $3.76, above the $3.63 consensus.
CEO George Kurtz emphasized the company's customer retention rate of over 97% and highlighted CrowdStrike's success in expanding relationships with clients impacted by a global IT outage earlier in the year.
