DiDi To Takedown 25 Chinese Apps For Violating Privacy

DiDi Global Inc DIDI will remove 25 apps for violating PRC's Cybersecurity Law.
On Friday, Cyberspace Administration of China confirmed that 25 apps operated by DiDi, including the apps used by users and drivers, had the problem of collecting personal information.
China's Uber Technologies Inc UBER equivalent estimates this move to affect its revenue in China.
DiDi recently lowered its U.S. initial public offering valuation amid China's growing tech crackdown.
Price action: DIDI shares traded lower by 3.16% at $11.65 in the premarket session on the last check Monday.
