Slack Technologies Inc (NYSE:WORK) disclosed that the Department of Justice had closed its investigation regarding Salesforce.com Inc's (NYSE:CRM) acquisition of Slack.
In Feb., the DOJ's antitrust division sought additional information and documents regarding the acquisition.
Price action: WORK shares traded higher by 0.64% at $44.99 on the last check Monday.
