  • Most recently, the FBI searched a think tank linked to Biden after his aides found classified documents at the organization's private office in mid-November.
  • As per the reports, the investigation relates to a broader probe into handling classified documents.
  • Those attorneys found classified records in Wilmington but not in Rehoboth, CNBC wrote, citing Bauer.
  • "Under DOJ's standard procedures, in the interests of operational security and integrity, it sought to do this work without advance public notice, and we agreed to cooperate," Bauer said.
