Samsung Strikes Deals For Galaxy Tablet Sales in U.S. (005930.KS)

Samsung Electronics (KSE: 005930.KS) has reached agreements to sell their upcoming Galaxy tablet computer with Verizon Wireless VZ, Sprint Nextel S, T-Mobile, and AT&T T in the U.S. The tablet, running on Google's GOOG Android operating system, is aimed for a holiday release later this year. Viacom VIA, Paramount, and NBC Universal all have deals in place to make available their programs and films. Samsung is currently trading at 773,000 won, or roughly $666.
