Ken Langone Says Business Community "Terrified Of Retribution" From Obama Administration

On why the business community being afraid of retribution if they speak out against Obama: “They're terrified. Guess what, you don't get the best out of people when they are terrified and the word is terrified…They are afraid of retribution. Look at the pummeling that's going on. Listen to Barney Frank, listen to the President. I don't mean to definite it democrats and republicans, but the fact of the matter is it's time to put it aside. Did Wall Street make mistakes? A lot. Were there excesses? Too many.” On what it will take to fix the economy: “I'll tell you what it will take and it will work. Tomorrow morning if the republicans win control of the house, tomorrow morning, not next week, not next month, tomorrow morning, they call a meeting, they call 150 or 200 successful business people, and say ‘guys, we need your help, what should we be doing?' And if the president doesn't want to come along, that's his call.”
