Benzinga's Political Roundup (NYX)

Yesterday it was disclosed that the NYSE Euronext NYX and the Deutsche Borse were in advanced merger talks. Some have said the merger may not go through because of national security concerns. The SEC is investigating whether some traders are using ETFs to cover up acts of insider trading.
