Accenture PLC ACN has acquired Australian cloud-native solutions designer, Industrie&Co, to expand Accenture's Cloud First cloud-native services abilities aiding in the digital transformation of financial services clients.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Accenture held $9.2 billion in cash and equivalents as of February 28, 2021.
Price action: ACN shares closed lower by 0.71% at $283.95 on Wednesday.
