VivoPower International Gains Full Control Of US Solar Development Portfolio From JV Partner

Sustainable energy solutions company VivoPower International PLC VVPR successfully gained full ownership of the remaining 50% of the equity interest in its solar development portfolio in the U.S.
It previously shared the portfolio ownership with the former joint venture partner, Innovative Solar Systems LLC (ISS).
The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
Price action: VVPR shares traded lower by 1.09% at $7.27 in the market session on the last check Friday.
