Sears Holdings Corp. SHLD reported thier quarterly earnings prior to the opening bell today. The company posted EPS of $0.16 compared to Wall Street estimates of $0.14. Year over year revenues were down 1% however, and the stock is selling off very hard today. SHLD has lost 9.68% to $90.14 on heavier than average volume. On the session, 1.46 million shares have traded hands compared to a daily average of just under 900,000. Sears Holdings Corporation (SHLD) is the parent company of Kmart Holding Corporation (Kmart) and Sears, Roebuck and Co. (Sears). The Company is a broadline retailer with 2,235 full-line and 1,284 specialty retail stores in the United States.
