Larsen will be succeeding Helen Cornell. Larsen earlier served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Water & Process Technologies unit of General Electric Co GE. GDI's shares rose 1.87% to close at $54.45 yesterday, while GE's shares moved up 1.60% to close at $16.55 yesterday. Hewlett-Packard Company HPQ has “resolved” its legal dispute with Mark Hurd, company's former Chief Executive. Hurd has been appointed as Oracle Corp's ORCL new co-president. HPQ's shares moved up 0.89% to $39.74, while ORCL's shares gained 0.03% to $27.50 in after-hours trading. AutoZone Inc AZO may report its FQ4 EPS at $5.44.
