Major Rally Underway (SPY, QQQQ, XLF, AAPL)

Stocks are currently hitting the highs of the day. The Dow Jones Industrial Average has gained 118 points and is currently trading at 11,139. The SPDR S&P 500 ETF SPY is up 0.77% to $117.91. The PowerShares QQQ Trust ETF QQQQ, which tracks the performance of the Nasdaq 100, has gained 0.96% to $50.59. Two securities to keep an eye on throughout the rest of the day are Apple AAPL and the Financial Select Sector SPDR XLF. Currently, AAPL has broken through $300 and is trading 0.92% higher at $301.30. The XLF is 0.98% higher at $14.99. Look for continued strength in both of these names if this move is going to continue throughout the trading day.
