Shares of Capital Bank CBKN are soaring on news that North American Financial will buy shares in the company at $2.55. The stake will eventually equate to around 58% of Capital Bank's outstanding stock. Capital Bank (CBKN) shares have surged 43.29% to $2.35 on the news.
