James River Coal Rises 4% (JRCC)

Shares of James River Coal JRCC are surging today on heavy volume. The stock has risen around 4% and is trading at $23.85. Volume is heavy with more than 1.5 million JRCC shares already trading hands compared to a daily average volume of 866,000.
