Top Narrow Based Indexes For April 27 (SEM, CLUB, RLOC)

By 10:20 am, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 10.18 points, or 0.08%, to 12,605.55, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had dropped 0.96 point, or 0.07%. The NASDAQ composite index fell 1.32 points, or 0.05%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are supporting the markets are Hospital Stocks, which have gained 3.2%, Fitness and Dieting Stocks, up 2.7%, and Marketing and Advertising Stocks, moving 2.4% higher as a group. In Tickerspy's Hospital complex, Select Medical Holdings Corp SEM had surged 9.5%. SEM projects its Q1 net operating revenue to be in the range of $685 million to $695 million. The best performing Tickerspy Fitness and Dieting stock has been Town Sports International Holdings Inc CLUB, which was up 19.6%. CLUB reported its Q1 earnings per share at $0.07, versus a loss per share of $0.03, in the year-ago period. ReachLocal Inc RLOC is today's leading Tickerspy's Marketing and Advertising stock, gaining 25.2%. RLOC reported a 76% year-over-year rise in its Q1 revenue from its international operations.
