VITA agreed to be purchased by Stryker Corp SYK in a deal valued at $316 million. Top Image Systems Ltd TISA shares surged 34.15% to $2.75. TISA reported that it has launched mobile banking solutions. CNinsure Inc CISG climbed 29.64% to $17.06. CISG's Board of Directors received a preliminary non-binding going private proposal.
