Orthovita Inc VITA shares jumped 40.11% to create a new 52-week high of $3.83. VITA agreed to be purchased by Stryker Corp SYK in a deal valued at $316 million. Orchid Cellmark Inc ORCH shares surged 0.72% to create a new 52-week high of $2.81. ORCH had $19.82 million in total cash and no debt for the latest quarter.
