CareTrust REIT

CareTrust REIT's CTRE primary business is acquiring, financing, developing and owning real property to be leased to third-party tenants in the health care sector.

CareTrust REIT has increased its dividends every year for the last nine years. On March 18, 2024, the company announced its most recent dividend hike, raising its quarterly dividend from $0.28 to $0.29 per share, or $1.16 annualized. The current yield on the dividend is 4.27%.
