Tyson Foods Inc. TSN is a food producer that sells raw chicken, beef, pork and prepared foods. Chicken and beef are its two largest segments, comprising about one-third of U.S. sales. Prepared foods, including brands like Tyson, Jimmy Dean, Hillshire Farm, Ball Park and Sara Lee, constitute roughly 20% of sales.

As per its most recent dividend hike announcement on Aug. 8, its board of directors increased the quarterly paymout from $0.49 to $0.50 per share, equalling an annual figure of $2 per share. Currently, the dividend yield on the stock is 3.44%.

Tyson Foods’ annual revenue (as of Sept. 30) stood at $53.31 billion. In its most recent earnings announcement on Nov. 12, the company posted revenues of $13.56 billion and EPS of $0.92 for Q4 2024. Both figures beat the consensus estimates.

VICI Properties Inc. VICI is a real estate investment trust that owns one of the largest portfolios of gaming, hospitality and entertainment destinations, including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, MGM Grand and the Venetian Resort Las Vegas, three of the most iconic entertainment facilities on the Las Vegas Strip.

VICI Properties has increased its dividends consecutively for the last seven years. In its most recent dividend hike announcement on Sept. 5, it raised the quarterly paytout by 4.2% to $0.4325 per share, equaling the annual figure of $1.73 per share. The yield on the dividend currently stands at 5.66%.

VICI Properties' annual revenue as of Sept. 30 stood at $3.81 billion. As per the company's most recent earnings announcement on Oct. 31, it posted Q3 2024  revenues of $964.67 million and EPS of $0.57. Both figures came in above the consensus estimates.

Sempra

Sempra SRE operates as an energy infrastructure company in the United States and internationally.

The company raised its dividends every year for the last 14 years. In its most recent dividend hike announcement on Feb. 27, 2024, Sempra increased the quarterly payout from $0.59 to $0.62 per share, or $2.48 annualized. The current yield on the dividend stands at 3.02%.

Sempra's annual revenue as of Sept. 30 stood at $12.92 billion. As per the company's most recent earnings announcement on Nov. 6, it posted Q3 2024 revenues of $2.78 billion and EPS of $0.89. Both figures came in below the consensus estimates.
