On CNBC, Ajay Kapur of BofA Securities said investors "need to be constructive" on North Asian stocks.
Kapur recommended investors buy sectors in North Asia that are "highly correlated to the Chinese credit cycle" as the credit cycle in the world’s second-largest economy is picking up. He said investors should look for opportunities in Japan, China, Korea and parts of Taiwan.

Asian cyclicals and some of the EM cyclicals are "highly correlated to the Chinese cycle" and these stocks generally perform "very well" when the Chinese credit cycle is picking up. "This is not a time to be cautious, " Kapur added.
