ECB Suspends Rating Threshold For Government Bonds In Ireland (AIB, IRE)

The European Central Bank suspends its rating threshold for government bonds in Ireland. However, the European Central Bank continues to welcome the Irish Debt Recapitalization Plan and says that it will continue to provide liquidity to Irish banks. Some major banks in Ireland include the Bank of Ireland IRE and Allied Irish Banks AIB.
