Jefferson County, Alabama could potentially be the largest municipal bankruptcy in U.S. history, which was caused by a very ambitious sewer project. I'm not there, but this stinks. Literally. Sprint Nextel S and LightSquared today confirmed a deal that will last 15 years and see Sprint receive $9 billion in cash and $4.5 billion in credit for LTE and satellite equipment. 15 years? Seems a bit ambitiious to me. At this point, we're not even sure what's gonna happen tomorrow in this country, never mind 15 years from now.
