CURE Pharmaceutical Teams Up With Factoria Bogar For Mexico Expansion

Drug delivery service CURE Pharmaceutical CURR said Wednesday it has partnered with Factoria Bogar’s subsidiary PMI.

The new over-border collaboration with the Guadalajara, Mexico-based specialized ingredient company will allow CURE to distribute its wellness products in Mexico, including vitamin D supplements, sleep, and CBD combination products.

In return, Cure will grant PMI access to CUREform, its innovative drug delivery platform.

“This collaboration enables us to reach new markets with our suite of wellness products as well as prompt innovation with new drug formulations and conduct valuable patient studies on drug efficacy,” said CURE CEO Rob Davidson.

The PMI will utilize CUREform in the development of its proprietary prebiotic product from Agave in combination with CBD.

“Incorporating CURE’s drug delivery platform into our future drug and wellness formulations will create new opportunities to differentiate ourselves in the market,” stated PMI and Factoria Bogar CEO Mauricio Villanueva.

The Oxnard, California-based CURE operates an FDA- and DEA- registered GMP manufacturing facility.

The company is also developing its proprietary drug delivery platform, which includes: CUREfilm, an oral thin film; microCURE, an emulsion technology utilizing proprietary encapsulation techniques; and CUREpods, a chewable delivery system.

Earlier this year, CURE Pharmaceutical announced a licensing and collaboration agreement with Vanguard Scientific Systems, a provider of tools and solutions to the botanical extraction industry.

Under the deal, the Vanguard obtained a permit to utilize CURE’s patented cannabis extraction methods.
