Green Cures Enters California Market With Acquisition Of Clearly California

CBD company Green Cures & Botanical Distribution Inc. GRCU confirmed Tuesday it has acquired cannabis brand Clearly California Products.

The Las Vegas-based company utilized the takeover of the California company to enter the Golden State's cannabis market.

Green Cures CEO Rich Thomas is thrilled that Clearly California's team decided to join "our growing family of ''green'' lifestyle brands."

"Green Cures has officially expanded into the full spectrum of green-products," noted Thomas.

Thomas was named CEO in June, after serving as Green Cures' Director of New Business Development.

The announcement of the company's new vision came on the heels of Thomas' appointment.

The acquisition of Clearly California is "first of many major steps to expand our diversity and reach of cannabis products," continued Thomas. "We know exactly where we're taking Green Cures, and each day better positions our company to thrive."

Besides manufacturing, Clearly California Products also distributes cannabis products across California, via licensing deals.

Dart Pod Vaporizer is its most popular product, the press release said.
