New Standard Ribbon Cutting Welcomed Local Dignitaries Along With Hundreds Of Online Viewers On August 20

(August 24, 2020 - Hazel Park, MI-) As the cannabis industry continues to thrive in Michigan in spite of the COVID-19 crisis, New Standard celebrated the success of its first 4 months of business at its flagship cannabis provisioning center location in Hazel Park with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on August 20. 

The event was attended by a small gathering of Hazel Park officials, New Standard’s leadership team and local guests in accordance with current COVID-19 mandates. The event was also attended virtually by hundreds of guests via live stream on Instagram and Facebook.

New Standard Hazel Park is the first of many New Standard cannabis provisioning centers set to open across Michigan in the coming year. New Standard curates much of its product from its mid-Michigan farm. Combined, New Standard plans to bring in excess of 100 jobs to Michigan in 2020.
