Pure Extracts Technologies Corp. PULL has decided to join the growing mushroom industry via collaboration with The Nutraceutical Medicine Company Inc.
The cannabis and hemp-focused extraction company signed a letter of intent with The Nutraceutical Medicine Company Inc., which owns Purica, a brand of full-spectrum mushroom derived products.
The goal is to co-create CBD-full-spectrum mushroom wellness products.
Purica is praised for its award-winning immunity product, Immune 7, and for educating the population about the betterment medicinal mushroom products can bring in a variety of ailments, from stress and sleep issues, to hormonal imbalance. The company has been operating for more than 20 years.
“We are excited to be working with the experts at PURICA on functional mushroom products and novel CBD formulations,” Pure Extracts CEO, Ben Nikolaevsky, said in a statement. “They have an impressive history of product development, customer retention and an unwavering dedication to high standards.”
Pure Extracts noted that this collaboration could help the company attain a powerful position in both the CBD and mushroom industry, enabling it to make a “ground-breaking achievement.”
