Santo spoke about the importance of brand architecture when building a brand. He shared that in the cannabis space, no one really knows who is going to end up being the Coke and Pepsi of the cannabis world so it is important to be succinct in who you are as a brand and really build that authenticity with your audience. It’s important to understand what your providing, who you’re trying to provide it to, and how you differentiate from others in the market.
