New Gotham Store In Downtown NYC

Gotham, an artfully curated cannabis concept store, opened a new store on Thursday in the Bowery. The two-story retail and gallery space designed by Cinema Vitae features Gotham-branded products, premium cannabis, fashion and lifestyle brands, as well as art exhibitions.

"Gotham is a reflection of New York's rich history and influence," said founder Joanne Wilson, seasoned entrepreneur, investor and philanthropist. "We're proud to be one of the pioneers reimagining what the legalized cannabis market can become in the state."

Medicine Wheel Natural Opens Store In Ottawa, ON

Medicine Wheel opened a new location on unceded Algonquin land at 196 Beechwood Ave. in Vanier, Ottawa, last month.

Founder Rob Stevenson said "everything in this store is a medicine." All products sold through Medicine Wheel Natural Healing come from Indigenous sources and are rigorously tested for potency and quality through the Red Feather Certification process.

Denver Gets Another Cannabis Shop Following Court Ruling

A lawsuit filed by eight people living near Bonnie Brae was dismissed by a Denver judge, allowing the opening of the area's first dispensary next month, reported The Denver Post.

On April 28, Judge Christopher Baumann of the District Court determined that the lawsuit, brought by residents on December 12, was filed after the 28-day statute of limitations had expired.

The court's ruling was in Silver Stem Fine Cannabis' favor. Last March, the dispensary requested the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses to transfer one of their current retail and medical licenses to 2331 E. Ohio Ave., located close to Bonnie Brae Ice Cream.

Another Florida Store Kicks Off Medical Sales This Weekend

Cansortium Inc. TIUM CNTMF, a cannabis company operating under the FLUENT brand, announced the grand opening of its 31st medical cannabis dispensary in Florida and 34th retail location nationwide.

On Saturday, the Miam-based company will launch sales at 500 East Chase Street, complementing FLUENT's existing Pensacola retail location on East 9 Mile Road.

"Located in the heart of Pensacola, along the 'gateway to the beach' and just one block from the Pensacola Bay Center, the city's indoor arena housing events like Monster Jam, FLUENT Pensacola Downtown will kick off its grand opening with merchandise giveaways and a promotion of 50% off products storewide," said Victor Bindi, FLUENT's cannabis care director of sales.
