Joe Rogan And Bowhunter Cameron Hanes Launch Kill Cliff's 'Elk Blood'

KILL CLIFF, makers of a portfolio of clean energy drinks, owned and operated by former Navy SEALs, announced its collaboration with podcaster Joe Rogan and outdoor entrepreneur Cameron Hanes to create the newest edition to the Kill Cliff arsenal of flavors: Elk Blood.

While the slightly effervescent beverage is red in color, there is no actual plasma—elk or otherwise—in the beverage.

“The Elk Blood concept emerged from a really memorable bow hunt with Cam," stated Rogan, "We came up with the idea the day of the hunt and worked with Kill Cliff’s team to create a delicious and functional drink that we would want as athletes and hunters.”

“The spicy cherry flavor hits just right and I hope people love it as much as we do."

The concept for the name and flavor came as naturally as the ingredients in each Kill Cliff beverage. “Joe and I were talking on that special day in elk camp,” Hanes recalls. “He asked if we worked together on an energy drink, what would we call it? I didn’t hesitate: Elk Blood. It came so quickly to me it had to be destiny!”

Hanes says, about his first collaboration with Kill Cliff, “I’m excited to partner with Kill Cliff on this project since I’ve always loved their drinks, their heritage, and their important mission to support the Navy SEAL Foundation.”

Hanes also points out, “Hunters and endurance athletes require constant mental focus as well as physical stamina, which is exactly what CBD- and caffeine-infused Elk Blood is designed to deliver.”

“That’s the purpose of this drink,” added Rogan.

Each 12-ounce can of Kill Cliff Elk Blood combines 25mg of clean broad spectrum CBD with 125mg of green tea caffeine, along with B-vitamins, electrolytes, and plant extracts to help consumers energize, hydrate, and focus.

As with all Kill Cliff drinks, there is no sugar or artificial sweeteners.
