Republican Rep Greg Steube from Florida, presented the Substance and Possession Abuse Restrictions for Entrance (SPARE) Act last week to amend the nation’s visa regulations. Under U.S. law, visa applicants “who are found to be drug abusers or addicts are inadmissible” as well as non-citizens who admit to using controlled substances.
Several days after Steube came introducing the legislation, viewed as an attack on Prince Harry, he went after President Joe Biden with articles of impeachment Friday for high crimes and misdemeanors.
SPARE Act
In a press release, Steube argued that the Biden administration has purposely avoided enforcing immigration laws at the Southern border. “Left-wing celebrities like Prince Harry, who have a self-recorded history of illegal drug use, should be subjected to the same standards and enforcement of our country’s immigration laws as any other alien,” Steube stated. “I introduced the SPARE Act because individuals should be deported immediately if they are caught lying on their visa application,” he continued, adding that no one should get special treatment behind closed doors.

Under the symbolically named SPARE Act (like the title of Prince Harry’s popular memoir), in 60 days since obtaining credible information of a person knowingly providing false information on controlled substance violations, the DHS Secretary will be required to investigate the claim and if found true, initiate deportation.
Furthermore, under the introduced bill anyone deported on this account must be permanently barred from re-entering the U.S. The full text of the bill, co-sponsored by Republican representatives Matthew M. Rosendale Sr and Andy Biggs is not available yet.
Articles Of Impeachment Against Biden
Steube presented four articles of impeachment:
- Article 1: Abuse of power, bribery, Hobbs Act extortion and honest services fraud.
- Article 2: Obstruction of justice.
- Article 3: Fraud.
- Article 4: Financial involvement in drug and prostitution.
More details about each of these articles you can find here.
“It’s long past time to impeach Joe Biden,” Steube stated. “He has undermined the integrity of his office, brought disrepute on the Presidency, betrayed his trust as President, and acted in a manner subversive of the rule of law and justice at the expense of America’s citizens. The evidence continues to mount by the day – the Biden Crime Family has personally profited off Joe’s government positions through bribery, threats, and fraud. Joe Biden must not be allowed to continue to sit in the White House, selling out our country.”
