Cannabis Seed Company Fast Buds Becomes First To Advertise On Twitter/X

Fast Buds has launched an advertising campaign on Twitter/X, becoming the first-ever cannabis seed company in this industry to debut an advertising campaign on the platform.

Elon Musk, who bought Twitter last year, made headlines in February by allowing ads for CBD and THC products on the platform. Twitter, now X, then formally announced that it would allow the industry to advertise on its platform.

Alexa Alianello of Twitter's US Sales & Partnerships and Rohan Routroy of Twitter NEXT spoke about the big move in Miami at the April Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conferencewhich will take place again on Sept. 27-28 in Chicago.

The campaign gained momentum as Fast Buds placed a golden Twitter verification check mark on its profile, which adds credibility to the brand and highlights it as a trusted source of content and products.

"We are glad that the Twitter team supports democracy and gives a different view of the cannabis industry as recreational and necessary to society," said Nicola Del Sarto, spokesperson for Fast Buds. "We're excited to start working together and look forward to seeing the results."
