"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III," developed by Sledgehammer Games and published by Activision Blizzard Inc ATVI, features a curious element where players can use marijuana smoke from a bong as a finishing move to incapacitate opponents.
This detail was highlighted in the Entertainment Software Rating Board's (ESRB) summary for the game, which received a "Mature" rating, Kotaku reported.

Additionally, the game includes imagery of cannabis and smoking figures on badges, banners, and character outfits.
It appears that "Modern Warfare III" does not aim to make any commentary on drug use, but rather incorporates this element as part of its gameplay.
The game also contains other typical Call of Duty content, such as large explosions, screams of pain, blood-splatter effects, and violence involving terrorists and civilians.
Furthermore, the game features a Zombie mode with graphic violence, including decapitation and dismemberment, accompanied by significant blood effects.
"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III" is set to release on consoles and PC on Nov. 10.
