Sax LLP Led A Discussion About New York's Cannabis Market With Other Industry Leaders

Todd Polyniak, Partner at Sax LLP, moderated a panel called “How Investors Can Win In New York” at Benzinga’s Cannabis Capital Conference. Polyniak explained how New York is a unique regulatory space and talked to panelists about how to succeed in New York. 

One interesting aspect of New York retail is that any New York-based investor cannot invest in other state’s retail markets. Due to these types of nuances, investors are equally weary and intrigued by the New York cannabis market.
