Weed-Infused Fine Dining In Canada, Former Pot Prisoners Open Shop In NYC & More

Cannabis-Infused Fine Dining Come To Downtown Edmonton

Cannasseurs living in downtown Edmonton, Alberta, could soon enjoy cannabis-infused meals and mocktails at a local restaurant, reported CBC.

At CBD CBN, otherwise known as Catering By Day, Catering By Night, customers can choose a high-end culinary experience centered around cannabis, exclusively available through reservations.

James Mulholland, a mixologist behind the restaurant, together with co-owner and chef Stacey Mison say they're delighted to serve Edmontonians.

"We're hoping the demand will be quite high," Mulholland said. "I think what we're doing should attract not just cannabis users but foodies as well."

The restaurant features a cannabis-focused menu due to collaboration with Health Canada-approved medical cannabis producer Token Naturals Ltd.
