Pre-roll cannabis brand Jeeter announced on Thursday that it is kicking off its very first flower line.

Dubbed Red Label, the new product is "sourced from the finest cuts of cannabis flower and a crown jewel for its founders" and "has been a project in the making at Jeeter for more than four years," the company exclusively told Benzinga.

The Red Label flower line will be a boutique launch, available in select California dispensaries on Saturday, April 6. It's a result of a partnership with Preferred Gardens.

Jeeter chose Preferred Gardens because they are a legacy grower with over a decade of experience, pioneering new genetics and strains out of Sacramento.

Attracting the best-in-class artists, musicians, athletes and fans, Jeeter has also collaborated with NBA legend Dwayne Wade and NFL great Ricky Williams on exclusive drops.

Williams shared his story at a previous Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference in Chicago. The upcoming two-day event, April 16-17 at The Diplomat Beach Resort, will be a chance for entrepreneurs, both large and small, to network, learn and grow.

Meanwhile, the first launch of Red Label will consist of two strains – Cheat Meal and Permanent Marker.

Both additional boutique batches of Cheat Meal and Permanent Market will be available shortly as the flower is harvested every four to six weeks. Additionally, new strains will launch over time, Jeeter said.

"This launch is more than just adding another product to our lineup; it represents the introduction of a genuine connoisseur’s choice, crafted for those who take pride in rolling their own Jeeters," Sebastian Solano, co-founder and co-CEO at Jeeter said.

Lukasz Tracz, co-founder and co-CEO at Jeeter, praised the launch.

"Eight years, moving from Florida to California, we faced the task of earning the respect of local legacy growers, gaining their trust and loyalty, along with building meaningful relationships," he said. "The question on everyone’s mind was, ‘Who are these guys from Miami?' We knew it would require time, patience, and above all, hard work to secure a place in the cannabis community."
