While not officially affiliated with the NFL Draft, the 313 Draft Party stands as a testament to the intersection of sports fans and cannabis enthusiasts. It demonstrates the progressive acceptance and integration of cannabis into mainstream culture.
Welcoming adults ages 21 and older with valid ID, the 313 Draft Party will also feature local food trucks, live music and swag giveaways, all set against the backdrop of this exciting, landmark celebration. The two-day celebration in Downtown Detroit promises to be a cornerstone for this historic integration.
Free and open to adults 21 and older, the 313 Draft Party will take place at 70 E. Elizabeth St, located conveniently across the street from Comerica Park.
The two-day celebration features:
- Premium Draft Viewing: Fans can watch the draft unfold live in a specially designed 20×20 viewing area, complete with big screens, immersive sound, and stadium-style seating.
- Woodward Sports Live: Detroit's local sports media favorites Woodward Sports will cover the draft live from the event, offering insights, draft analysis and guest interviews.
- Interactive Fan Zones: Attendees can tackle football-themed activities such as a branded photo arch and a tire toss game, with chances to win specially branded merchandise.
To complement the draft action, a variety of local food truck options will be available for purchase, with a DJ providing all-day entertainment. 313 Draft Party attendees can also look forward to swag giveaways and special draft-party promotions from cannabis brands such as Chill Medicated, Kiva's Lost Farm, Gold Crown, and Breeze Canna.
